How do I set up my first size chart?

Create a chart, enter your measurements, choose where it shows, add the app block to your product template, and test a matching product.

  1. In HBN: Size Charts, open Size charts and choose Create your first size chart.
  2. Select a category template or Blank table. Templates provide starting columns and size labels, but you must enter the measurements.
  3. Mark each column as Text or Measurement. Only measurement columns convert between centimetres and inches.
  4. Add the chart heading, popup button text, note, and “How to measure” instructions you want shoppers to see, then select Save chart.
  5. Under Where it shows, add products or collections. You can also choose the chart under Everything else to cover products that do not match a more specific assignment.
  6. Open the Shopify theme editor on a product template and choose Add block → Apps → Size chart.
  7. Save the theme, then open a matching product page and test the chart.
One Size chart app block can serve every product. You do not need to add a separate block for each chart or product.
